Then contact our factory service department or one of our authorized Märklin/Trix Service Centers. They'll be happy to give you advice and help.
Factory Service Department
It is not possible for us to receive repairs in person at Werk 1 in the Stuttgarter Strasse. Instead, you can leave your repairs during normal opening hours at the Service Desk in the Märklineum.
